Manhard Consulting, a civil engineering firm with offices nationwide, has joined forces with Rolf C. Campbell & Associates, an established land planning and landscape architecture firm with a long history in the Chicago-metro market. The new firm will continue to operate as Rolf C. Campbell & Associates beginning immediately.
