05/01/2010 - Reno, NV - Manhard Consulting Names Denton (Denny) Peters Area Manager for Reno Operations
Reno, Nevada, May 01, 2010 – Manhard Consulting, a civil engineering and surveying firm with offices nationwide, has announced that Denton (Denny) Peters has been named the Area Manager of Reno Operations for Manhard Consulting, effective immediately. Peters replaces Mark Rotter, who has served as the interim manager for the Reno office. Rotter will continue as Area Manager of Carson City operations.
Peters is an accomplished professional with over 19 years of experience in civil and environmental engineering with an emphasis in water resources management and hydrology. His project management experience includes hydrology analysis, engineering design, water resources engineering design, environmental permitting, land use entitlement and compliance for public and private sector clients throughout Nevada and California.
“Denny’s experience and leadership skills will strengthen our Reno operations,” said Donald Manhard, Jr., P.E., president of Manhard Consulting. “Denny’s focus will allow Mark to concentrate on business development throughout the Northern and Western regions of the US.”
In his new role at Manhard, Peters will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Reno office including project management, client satisfaction and business development. Previously, Peters served as West Region Director of Water Resources at Manhard.
