Manhard Consulting, Ltd. has been awarded the Thomas H. Madigan "Pride in Partnership" award for Outstanding New Construction for design work performed on The University Center of Lake County.   Awarded by the Capital Development Board of the State of Illinois, the award recognizes the teamwork, superior coordination and contributions of Manhard Consulting, Ltd. along with the design architect Steven Brubaker and HOK, Inc.; managing architects Legat Architects, Inc.; CDB Project Manager Bruce Locke; general contractor Henry Bros. Company; and sub-contractors:   Globetrotters Engineering Corp., Rubinos & Mesia Engineers,Inc., Associated Electrical Contractors,Inc., DeFranco Plumbing, Inc., International Piping Systems, Inc., Wolf Mechanical Industries, Inc., and Acitelli Heating & Piping Contractors, Inc. Scot Parker of Legat served as the architectural project manager.
