Improvements for Evanston Northwestern Hospital’s 14 acre campus in Evanston, Illinois consisted of:
- select demolition of existing structures
- new parking structures
- design and construction of pedestrian link
- general site utility upgrades of water protection
- new oxygen farm
- stormwater management
- design of sanitary systems
- design of steam plant
- roadway improvements
The budget for this multi-phased project was in excess of $55 million. Construction began in 1999 and continued through 2007.
