Manhard Consulting was retained to provide complete civil engineering, landscape architecture, and survey services for the 10.93-acre site featuring a 2-story Life Time facility and associated outdoor pool, parking lot, and at-grade detention pond.
Some unique site design challenges included upstream and downstream storm bypass flow and capacity analysis, lift station for the sanitary connection, and lift station for building basement drain tile.
Manhard Consulting worked closely with Life Time to fulfill the best management practice requirements while also complying with the Life Time design standards manual with a permeable pavers/bioretention system.
