Manhard Consulting Opens New San Antonio and Lubbock Offices

SAN ANTONIO & LUBBOCK, TX & LINCOLNSHIRE, IL—National civil engineering and surveying firm Manhard Consulting is pleased to announce new offices in San Antonio and Lubbock, Texas. This expansion underscores Manhard’s commitment to growing its oil and gas division and serving clients more effectively across key regions with in-depth local expertise and support, while maintaining its national presence and commitment to the full range of industries it has long served.

Manhard’s new San Antonio and Lubbock offices enhance the firm’s reach and service capacity in one of the country’s most dynamic energy markets, aligning with the company’s continuing growth in the oil and gas sector. Manhard Consulting’s oil and gas division, headquartered in Fort Worth and led by Allen Peloquin, RPLS, provides comprehensive engineering and surveying solutions spanning upstream, midstream, and downstream processes, from resource extraction to efficient transport. 

The new offices support operations across several critical basins, including:

As Manhard Consulting continues its growth in Texas, the company remains committed to supporting sustainable development in the oil and gas industry through precise, data-driven engineering and surveying solutions. This expansion allows the company to better support its clients’ operations across Texas oil country.

Manhard opened its first Texas office in Dallas in 2018. With these two new offices, Manhard has eight Texas locations, including Austin, Conroe/Metro Houston, Plano, and two sites in Fort Worth. The growth is driven by the region’s increasing needs in oil and gas and other industries and Manhard’s ongoing commitment to better serve its clients across all markets throughout Texas and nationwide.

The energy team leader in the San Antonio office is new Manhard team member Omar Mendiola. The new Lubbock office energy team leader is  Joshua West, who also serves as president of the local Levelland, TX OilField Connections chapter.
