Spanning 200 acres in Northwest Indiana, this nine-building hyperscale data center campus will have an initial phase power of 300 MW and load ramp up to 900 MW (with off-site transmission extension) by the completion of its third phase.

Manhard’s role included site selection and due diligence (power, fiber, water, sewer, environmental, geotechnical), entitlements and power load coordination in addition to civil engineering, stormwater and landscape architecture.

Special care was taken in managing the challenging entitlement process with community sensitivities to data center use which involved negotiating screening, visualization studies, sound studies and traffic/circulation studies. Manhard’s services included floodplain impacts as part of a robust stormwater design and wetland permitting.
