This 196-acre master planned community will contain 753 single-family homes, including its own wastewater treatment plant and approximately 5.4 acres of commercial. The development will showcase several small lakes that will serve a dual purpose as amenity features and detention ponds. Lot sizes are comprised of both 40-foot and 50-foot lots to appeal to a larger market. Roadways will be fully concrete and comprised of curb and gutter with underground storm sewers that drain through the internal connected detention lakes.
This project is located entirely within Liberty County Municipal Utility District No. 15. The MUD was created by our team specifically to serve this particular development. The establishment of this MUD will provide a financing mechanism for the developer in order to assist with driving lower home costs for the end home buyer.
