Manhard Consulting was hired by Continental Properties to provide engineering services for a 10.5-acre development in Mesa, Arizona.
The Springs at Red Mountain project is located just southeast of the intersection of Power Road and McDowell Road. The development consists of 7 multi-family apartment buildings equating to 192 units, including a clubhouse, detached garages, as well as resident amenities including a pool, fitness center, fire pit, pet park, car care center, and a significant amount of open space.
Manhard provided entitlement assistance, preliminary engineering, final engineering, as well as construction coordination and administration on the project.
