CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
At Manhard Consulting, our CSR initiative has the broad goal of giving back to communities where we live, work and play by contributing to causes that have meaning to our staff.
Matching Program
The Manhard Consulting Matching Charitable Contributions Program is designed to give encouragement to staff to make charitable contributions that will assist qualified organizations of their choice. Manhard matches donations dollar for dollar up to $250 each year.
Contracts For Good
Contracts for Good was created to both acknowledge new business and give back to organizations in
local communities where the work was attained. Each of our offices are in different regions with different needs, we seek to be part of the solution by helping with everyday issues.
Volunteer Time Off
Working for social good not only helps others, it feels great! Guided by our core values, Manhard encourages employees to participate in volunteer activities by providing paid time off for volunteering (VTO) for causes or not-for-profit organizations that are making a positive difference.

Our associates give back in so many ways. Here are just a few.
Led by Al Pool, a team from our Austin office participated in the Real Estate Council of Austin’s Christmas in October. This year’s beneficiary was Austin Wildlife Rescue which rehabilitates and releases orphaned, injured, and sick wild animals and educates the public to coexist with wildlife.
Andrew Annulis, a member of the DEI committee of the associate board of the Eisenberg Foundation, joined Bogan High School seniors at the United Center for a presentation on the 1901 Project and a behind-the-scenes tour. Andrew discussed engineering opportunities with the students.
For the 4th consecutive year, Manhard, sponsored a team of women volunteers to participate in Habitat for Humanity Chicago’s annual Women Build event. The event, held in the Greater Grand Crossing neighborhood, brought together a community of women to help raise the walls for change—both literally and figuratively.

SIUE Surveying & Geomatics Degree Program
Our partnership with the program emphasizes our commitment to addressing the shortage of land surveyors in Illinois and across the US. In working with SIUE, we hope to help bridge the gap and meet the increasing demand for qualified surveyors and geospatial professionals.
